Alpha Phi Delta has now made our Fraternity Forms available to be filled out online and printed up, so that you can mail the filled out form to Central Office. This will allow for legible forms and mimimize mistakes in transcription due to handwriting issues. Currently Forms B through L-1 may be filled out this way. The ability to submit the forms electronically from the website will be made available in the near future.
